Abstract:

To provide an improved method for manufacturing and repairing a blade integrated type rotor.

This method comprises a step for preparing a hub part 12 formed by titanium base alloy and a step for welding an air foil 14 formed by titanium base alloy on the hub part 12. This method comprises a step for performing partial ageing treatment of the hub part 12 before welding and cooling it and a step for performing ageing treatment of the air foil 14 and a welded joint part 16 between the air foil 14 and the hub part 12 after welding. An internally incorporated type local air foil heating device can be used in the ageing treatment step after welding. This device has a plurality of heating elements woven into a jacket made of a highly heat-resistant cloth material.
