A clad tube arraying device 8 which is constructed of a stock part 17 that has an opening 16 at the upper part and has a nearly circular cone shape capable of storing a great number of clad tubes and a delivery part 18 that can store a column of clad tubes in vertical direction is used. By using a pair of delivery rollers 9, the clad tubes are sent out from the stock part 17 to the delivery part 18 and a counter 10 for counting the delivering clad tubes 1 is provided, and based on the number of pallets 2 and the number of grooves 3, a stopper 11 is operated and the supply of the clad tubes 1 is stopped. Furthermore, a vibrator 13 is provided at the stock part 17.
