Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a composite member, in which unnecessary adhesives is reduced so as to improve manufacturing efficiency when a composite member is manufactured by bonding a plurality of panels.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a composite member includes: an application step where a paste-like adhesive is applied onto a first constituent panel 21 so that an adhesive layer 51 is arranged between the first constituent panel 21 and a flange part 32 of a second constituent panel 31, and a pressing step where the adhesive layer 51 is pressed by narrowing the distance between the first constituent panel 21 and the flange part 32 of the second constituent panel 31. In the application step, the adhesive layer 51 is applied in a manner that a larger volume is applied to the side of a connecting part 34 more than the volume applied onto the side of a distal end 32b of the flange part 32 and that the adhesive layer protrudes toward the side of the connecting part 34 beyond the flange part 32. In the pressing step, the adhesive layer 51 is pressed so that the adhesive flows beyond the connecting part 34 of the second constituent panel 31 to a wall part 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
