Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a composite tube capable of suppressing fastening of an inner tube and a coating layer.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a composite tube includes an inner tube manufacturing process for forming an inner tube by molding a resin material in a tubular shape and curing the inner tube, a coating layer formation process for forming a plurality of tubular coating layer consisting of rein materials respectively in an outer peripheral side of the inner tube cured in the inner tube manufacturing process by a co-extruding, and there by covering the inner tube by the plurality of coating layer, and a corrugating process for conducting corrugating molding to a tube wall of the plurality of coating layers by a corrugating die arranged in the outer peripheral side of the plurality of coating layers formed in the coating layer formation process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
