Abstract:
To provide a method for producing conductive particles, in which the quality of the conductive particles is less affected and the production cost is reduced.SOLUTION: A method for producing conductive particles comprises a step for heating conductive particles each comprising a core particle and a conductive layer formed on the core particle at a temperature of 200 to 600°C under vacuum of 1000 Pa or less. The time of heating is preferably 0.1 to 10 hours. The core particle is preferably formed from a material comprising an inorganic substance, an organic substance or both of them, and the conductive layer preferably comprises at least one component selected from nickel, gold, a nickel alloy and a gold alloy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
