Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a copper electrolytic anode, which prevents a surface of an anode from swelling while fixing a mold-releasing agent to a mold.SOLUTION: A method for producing a copper electrolytic anode includes the steps of: casting a molten crude metal into an anode mold; cooling the molten crude metal cast in the anode mold; taking off the copper electrolytic anode consisting of the cooled molten crude metal; and spraying a mold-releasing agent to the anode mold after taking off the copper electrolytic anode, wherein the mold-releasing agent comprises a crystal water-containing clay powder and a calcination clay powder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
