Abstract:

PURPOSE: To manufacture a spiral-shaped cylindrical stator with good finish and ease by assigning each magnetic plate in spiral shape and relatively rotating at least an inner end part of each magnetic plate in the spiral direction against a pressing part while an outer end of each magnetic plate is pressed in diameter reducing direction by the pressing part.
CONSTITUTION: After each magnetic plate 200 on which a notched recessed part is formed is curved in about parabolic shape by press working, each magnetic plate 200 is assigned in spiral shape. At this time, each magnetic plate 200 is arranged so that an inner end of it is positioned an the same circumference for spiral shape. Then, an outer end of each magnetic plate 200 is pressed in diameter reducing direction by a pressing part, and further each magnetic plate 200 is relatively rotated in spiral direction against the pressing part, for winding each magnetic plate 200 in the spiral shape. Then, by welding a peripheral part, etc., of a cylindrical stator 100 by laser, etc., each magnetic plate 200 is completed while separation is prevented. By this, the magnetic plate is prevented from being distorted in the wrong direction.
