Abstract:
To provide a simple and industrially suitable manufacturing method of a diene compound.
This diene compound represented by general formula (2) (wherein R1 and R2 each represents a hydrogen atom or a 1-4C linear or branched alkyl group, Z represents a 1-4C linear or branched alkylene group) is manufactured by reacting dihalogenated hydrocarbon represented by general formula (1) (wherein R1, R2, and Z represent the same as above, and X1 and X2 each represents a halogen atom) with a base.
