Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a disc rotor which can obtain high corrosion resistance.SOLUTION: This manufacturing method includes a process for applying graphite removal treatment to a raw material of a disc rotor, and removing the graphite of a surface layer of the raw material (S1), and a process for applying gas soft nitriding treatment to the raw material, and forming a compound layer and an oxidization nitrided layer on a surface of the raw material (S2). Furthermore, the manufacturing method includes a process for applying oxidization bath treatment for immersing the raw material into an oxidization bath containing a nitrate salt which is heated to 300 to 500°C for 10 to 60 min. to the raw material on which the compound layer and the oxidization nitrided layer (S4) are formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
