Abstract:
To provide a dissimilar material joint structure manufacturing method by which in dissimilar material joining of aluminum or aluminum alloy material and steel material, welding can be performed by one side construction from the steel material side and a good joint coupling can be obtained, and a dissimilar material joint structure.SOLUTION: A dissimilar material joint structure manufacturing method has: a process in which at least one kind of metal power selected from ferritic stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel and ferritic and austenitic duplex stainless steel is sprayed onto at least a part of a surface of aluminum or aluminum alloy material at a low temperature, thereby forming a low temperature spray coating; a process in which aluminum or aluminum alloy material and a steel material are overlapped so that the low temperature spray coating and the steel material face each other; and a process in which the low temperature coating and the steel material are joined by laser welding from the steel material side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
