Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of double tube capable of making stronger the contact between an outer tube and an inner tube even at a gently bent place and preventing the generation of noises.
While the inner tube 2 is inserted inside the outer tube 1, the inner tube 2 and the outer tube 1 are brought into strong press contact with each other at a bent section 5 of the outer tube 1 by bending the outer tube 1 in a designated shape while tensile force is applied between both ends 2A and 2B of the inner tube 2. Thus, generation of noises is prevented at a bent place.
