Abstract:
To provide an electric heating composite material which has high strength, high toughness, good cut-off performance, heat generation performance, pressure-resistant shear-resistant performance, and corrosion-preventive abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: An electric heating composite material includes a first consolidation wood layer 1, a first thermoplastic resin film layer 2, an electric heating layer 3, a second thermoplastic resin film layer 4 and a second consolidation wood layer 5 in order from above, in which the first consolidation wood layer 1 and the second consolidation wood layer 5 are manufactured by high frequency heating consolidation, and the first consolidation wood layer 1, the first thermoplastic resin film layer 2, the electric heating layer 3, the second thermoplastic resin film layer 4 and the second consolidation wood layer 5 are stacked and arranged in this order in a force-receiving direction, then is cooled and cooled by high frequency secondary heating consolidation, and thereby the electric heating composite material is manufactured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
