Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing an electrode embedded member capable of suppressing cracks of a base, causing a sufficiently large current to flow from terminals to electrodes, and strongly bonding the terminals even for an electrode embedded member by a green sheet lamination method.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an electrode embedding member 1 includes: a plate-shaped base 2 having a front surface 2a and a back surface 2b and made of ceramics; an electrode 3 embedded in the base 2 along the front surface 2a; a conductive connecting member 4 embedded in the base 2 in a state of being in contact with the electrode 3; and a terminal hole 5 extending from the back surface 2b of the base 2 to the connecting member 4. In a step of forming a laminate 41, the laminate 41 in which a gap 42 is provided between the connecting member 4 disposed in a hole 22a and a wall surface 33 of the hole 22a is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
