Abstract:
To prevent the complication of a manufacturing step and an increase of a manufacturing cost, in a manufacturing method of an electrophoresis display device.
When the electrophoresis display device is manufactured, a conductive film 6 is formed at a substrate 1a (see Fig. 1(a)), mask layers 2 and 7 are formed (see Fig. 1(b)) and etching of the conductive film 6 is performed (see Fig. 1(c)). Since first and second electrodes 5a and 5b can be simultaneously formed in only such steps, the complication of a manufacturing step and the increase of a manufacturing cost can be prevented (as compared with the case the respective electrodes are formed in separate steps).
