Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of an engine component with a porous ceramic layer which can suppress a deformation and a distortion of the engine component.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of this disclosure includes a process for forming a paste layer at least at one portion of a surface of an engine component material by making paste containing a ceramic layer forming material and a pore forming material adhere to at least one portion of the surface of the engine component material, a process for forming a ceramic precursor layer by hardening the paste layer at a temperature lower than a melting point of the pore forming material, and a process for combusting or evaporating the pore forming material, and forming a porous ceramic layer by heating the ceramic precursor layer at a temperature equal to or lower than 350°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
