You can get an embossing roller without connecting marks by checking the state of the pattern and surface, the roller will be of fine pattern quality. Through the making of a master roll you can produce several embossing rollers and if the embossing roller wear out you can produce another roller immediately creating a basis for uniform quality and mass production.
