To provide a manufacturing method of a fastening structure of a column-shaped fixing dome of a synthetic material on a thin-walled member of a synthetic material such as a housing.
The fixing dome 10a and the thin-walled component 2a are produced separately from each other. Here, a fastening element 12a is integrated in the fixing dome, and an end of the fixing dome is formed as a joining section 16a. In addition, on the inner surface of the component 2a, a joining section 18a is built that is matched to the joining section of the fixing dome, in order to build a join connection with the join section for positioning the fixing dome on the component. The joining section 18a of the component and/or the joining section of the fixing dome are coated with a non-curing adhesive. Then, the component and the fixing dome are joined for producing the join connection and are fixedly connected together through light curing of the adhesive.
