Abstract:

To wind a fiber reinforcement cord without difference in winding angle on a large diameter side and a small diameter side even if a tapered rubber hose is large or a taper angle is comparatively large.

In a manufacturing method of a fiber-reinforced rubber hose formed by winding a fiber reinforcement cord 2 around the circumference of a tubular rubber 1 having a tapered part 5 spirally to form a fiber reinforcement layer 3 on the circumference of the tubular rubber 1, when a plurality of the fiber reinforcement cords 2 are drawn from independent bobbins 4, arranged and fed to the circumference of the tubular rubber 1 having the tapered part 5, and wound with a fixed angle α to the center axis X of the tubular rubber 1, the arrangement pitch of the fiber reinforcement cords 2 is individually controlled according to the diameter of the tubular rubber 1.
