Abstract:

To provide a manufacturing method capable of manufacturing a fiber reinforced rubber molded product having a reinforcing cord layer having high uniformity without causing cutting loss by a simple apparatus and a simple method.

The manufacturing method of the fiber reinforced rubber molded product which satisfies the formula: L≤(πD×tanα)/2 (wherein D is the diameter of the reinforcing cord layer 20, α is a cord angle and L is the length of the reinforcing cord layer 20), comprises a process for forming a first unvulcanized rubber layer a process for forming the reinforcing cord layer 20 by spirally winding a plurality of topping cord belts 14 so as to constitute a biased structure, a process for a second unvulcanized rubber layer and a vulcanization process. When the width of the topping cord belt 14 is set to W, the formula: W=(πD×cosα)/n is formed and the reinforcing cord forming process comprises a first belt winding process for winding and arranging the topping cord belt so that the cord angle becomes α, a folding-back process and a second belt winding process for winding and arranging the folded-back topping cord belt to constitute the biased structure.
