Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method preventing occurrence of electrification defect in a winding process of the film manufacturing by controlling a degree of parallelization and a contact pressure width of a winding core and a press roll of a film roll body winding process.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a film roll body having a process of applying a load in a winding core 1 direction by a press roll 13 and winding a carrier film, when a degree of parallelization of the winding core 1 is X(mm/m), the degree of parallelization of the press roll 13 is Y(mm/m), and an average contact pressure width in a section where a distance from each width direction end is equal to or smaller than 350 mm is Z1(mm) and Z2(mm), the carrier film is wound on condition that satisfies |X-Y|≤0.27 mm/m and|Z1-Z2|≤0.5 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
