Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of fine particles of which crystallite diameter is controlled.SOLUTION: At least two kinds of fluids to be treated of a raw material fluid containing a substance to be deposited and a deposition fluid containing a substance for depositing the substance to be deposited are mixed in a thin film fluid that is formed between at least two processing surfaces that are arranged facing with each other, approachable and separable, and relatively rotate at least one around the other so as to deposit the substance to be deposited of which crystallite diameter is controlled. At this time, by varying specific conditions relating to the fluid to be processed being introduced between the processing surfaces, the crystallite diameter of the substance to be deposited is controlled. The above conditions are at least two kinds selected from the group consisting of kinds of substances to be deposited contained in the raw material fluid and/or kinds of the substance contained in the deposit fluid, concentrations of substances to be deposited contained in the raw material fluid and/or concentrations of the substance contained in the deposit fluid, pHs of the raw material fluid and/or deposit fluid, introduction temperatures of the raw material fluid and/or deposit fluid, and introduction speeds of the raw material fluid and/or deposit fluid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
