Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a method for controlling insolubilization of a fruit derived hardly soluble component and a method for producing a fruit juice containing beverage preventing occurrence of turbidity and precipitate having stability and a rich flavor. SOLUTION: This method for producing a fruit juice containing beverage controls insolubilization of a fruit derived slightly soluble component by adding at least one kind selected from four additives of 1. a saccharide, 2. a sugar alcohol, 3. a glycoside-based sweetener and 4. an extract and/or a purified substance of an agricultural product containing at least one kind of the saccharide, the sugar alcohol and the glycoside-based sweetener.
