Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for a fuel cell module, capable of efficiently attaching a fuel cell stack and a plurality of auxiliary machines driving the fuel cell stack to a frame.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method for a fuel cell module 1, the fuel cell module including a fuel cell stack 1A, a plurality of auxiliary machines driving the fuel cell stack and a frame 10 to which the plurality of auxiliary machines is attached. The manufacturing method includes: preparing an intermediate beam material 15 so as to bridge between a pair of facing upper beams 11C, 13C of the frame, the intermediate beam material being detachable with respect to the pair of upper beams 11C, 13C; then preparing a sub assy 16 in which a water pump 42 of a specific auxiliary machine among the plurality of auxiliary machines is attached to the intermediate beam material 15; and further attaching the intermediate beam material 15 of the sub assy 16 to the pair of upper beams 11C, 13C such that the water pump 42 is suspended from the frame 10 to which the plurality of auxiliary machines excluding the water pump 42 is attached.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
