Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a gas separate material for SOFC, having sufficient characteristics, and manufacturing the gas separate material for SOFC applicable to various shapes, easily at a low cost.SOLUTION: Fine raw material powder produced by water atomization method is pelletized as pelletization powder and subjected to press-forming, and its compact is sintered to obtain a desired shape consisting of a sintered compact. In such a method for manufacturing a gas separate material for solid oxide fuel cell, the fine raw material powder is a Fe-Cr alloy containing 28-38 wt% of Cr, 0.2 wt% or less of Si, and 0.1-0.4 wt% of C, and the median size (d50) is 20 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
