Abstract:

To provide a method for manufacturing hardly water-soluble flavonoid-containing granulated product having excellent dissolubility of hardly water-soluble flavonoid into water.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing granulated product containing hardly water-soluble flavonoid includes the following processes (1) and (2): (1) a process of preparing binding liquid containing hardly water-soluble flavonoid (A) which has solubility into water at 25°C of 2 mg/mL or less, ethanol (B) and water (C), and a mass ratio [(B)/(A)] between the hardly water-soluble flavonoid (A) and ethanol (B) is 1.0 to 8.0; and (2) a process of spraying the binding liquid prepared in the process (1) onto powder including filler (D) to granulate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
