Abstract:
【課題】アイソグリッド構造体又はオルソグリッド構造体を含むグリッド補強構造体を低コストで製造する。【解決手段】グリッド補強構造体１を製造する方法は、シート材１０の一面において、三角形又は四角形のセルを規則的に並べると共に、セルとセルとの間にリブ構成領域１４１を設けた格子状のパターンを設定する工程、シート材におけるリブ構成領域が交差する箇所に、リブ構成領域が分断するように貫通孔１５を設ける工程、シート材のリブ構成領域を折り曲げることによって、シート材の一面から凸になったリブ１２１、１２２、１２３を形成する工程、及び、貫通孔の位置において、リブの端同士を互いに連結する工程、を備えている。【選択図】図３
