Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a heat exchanger capable of efficiently performing processing for removing burrs produced on cut end parts of linear bodies.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a MCM heat exchanger 10 including: a plurality of linear bodies 12 composed of magnetocaloric effect material exhibiting magnetocaloric effect; and a cylindrical case 13 to which a bundle of the plurality of linear bodies 12 is inserted includes a process of cutting the bundle of linear material L to a length of the linear bodies 12 on the outer side of a linear body storage part 13A while inserting the bundle of the linear material L composed of the magnetocaloric effect material to the linear body storage part 13A constituting a part of the case 13 and immersing cut end parts of the bundle of the linear bodies 12 into a dissolution liquid 300 to dissolve the cut end parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
