Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for a high pressure tank for continuously forming cylindrical members while preventing formation of clearances between reinforcing fiber bundles neighboring each other along an axial center and also preventing expansion of the reinforcing fiber bundles in a radial direction.SOLUTION: By moving a wound body 31A of fiber reinforced resin bundles F cylindrically wound in an axial center direction D of a mandrel 60 with a guide member 70 while spirally winding the reinforcing fiber bundles on the rotating mandrel 60 not to form clearances between the reinforcing fiber bundles F impregnated with resin, the wound body 31A is inserted through a mold hole 82 of a shaping mold 80 while being pushed thereinto, to shape the wound body 31A into a shaped body 31B according to a shape of the mold hole 82. The resin of the reinforcing fiber bundles F forming the shaped body 31B is solidified to form a cylindrical body 31C, and the cylindrical body 31C is cut every predetermined length to continuously form cylindrical members 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
