Abstract:
To reduce a manufacturing cost of a hone antenna array which has an actual narrow arrangement interval.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a hone antenna array, includes: a step of preparing a first metal mold and a second metal mold; a step of combining the first and second metal molds, filling a raw material having flow property into an inner space surrounded by the first and second metal molds, and hardening them; and a step of separating the first and second metal molds after the raw material is hardened. The first metal mold includes a pair of convex parts and a groove between the pair of convex parts. The second metal mold includes the convex part. In a state where the first and second metal molds are combined, there is a gap in a tip of the convex part of the second metal mold and a bottom surface of the groove.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
