Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a hot dip plated steel plate capable of effectively correcting a shape of a steel plate having a complicated shape and a manufacturing apparatus.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a hot dip plated steel plate immerses a steel plate in a plating bath and then adjusts a plating amount deposited on the steel plate lifted from a plating bath using a gas wiping apparatus. A shape of the steel plate is shape-corrected by a support roll which is arranged in a pre-stage of the gas wiping apparatus, comprises multiple rolls arranged on a front and a back surfaces of the steel plate, and is capable of changing a pushing-in amount and an electric magnet which is arranged facing both surfaces of the steel plate in a post-stage of the support roll and is capable of changing a magnetic force. The shape of the steel plate is measured by a shape measurement apparatus arranged in a post-stage of the electric magnet. Then a deformation factor is extracted from the shape of the steel plate. Based on the deformation factor the pushing-in amount of the support roll and the magnetic force in the electric magnet are controlled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
