Abstract:

To provide an injection molding method of a thermoplastic resin which enhances injection moldability, especially mold releasability or flowability without lowering the characteristics of an injection-molded product comprising the thermoplastic resin and enables thin-wall molding or precise molding.

In this manufacturing method of an injection-molded product, a mixture, which contains the thermoplastic resin and polyolefin wax, which is characterized in that the ratio of flow length L in a case containing polyolefin wax to flow length L0 in a case containing no polyolefin wax measured under a condition of the temperature Tr of the resin calculated by the formula: Tr=3/4×Tm+100 [wherein Tm is the melting temperature (°C) of the thermoplastic resin] and a mold temperature of 40°C satisfies the relation: L/L0≥1.05, is injection-molded using a spiral flow mold with a thickness of 1 mm and a width of 10 mm.
