Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated ceramic component, which can form an external conductive paste pattern on a laminated sheet while accurately managing a relative position with respect to a conductive paste pattern in the laminated sheet.SOLUTION: A laminated sheet 80 including a first green sheet 11, a first conductive paste pattern 21 disposed on the first green sheet 11, and a second green sheet 12 disposed on the first conductive paste pattern 21 is formed. Irradiation with a light LL for obtaining a transmitted light LS of the laminated sheet 80 is performed. Due to measurement of the transmitted light LS of the laminated sheet 80, the arrangement of at least a part of the first conductive paste pattern 21 is detected. An external conductive paste pattern is formed on the laminated sheet 80 by using reference position PS determined from the arrangement of at least a part of the first conductive paste pattern 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
