Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of performing transfer under conditions of high temperature and high pressure when continuously transferring and producing a photocatalytic layer on a resin plate, and to optically excite a photocatalyst and make the photocatalytic layer hydrophilic.SOLUTION: This method for producing a laminated resin plate includes: a first step of forming a transfer layer having the photocatalytic layer on an active energy ray-permeable film; a second step of laminating the transfer layer on the active energy ray-permeable film on the resin plate via an active energy ray-curable composition; a third step of optically exciting and making the photocatalytic layer hydrophilic by radiating the active energy ray from an active energy ray-permeable film side, and curing the active energy ray-curable composition and forming the cured coating of the active energy ray-curable composition; and a fourth step of releasing the active energy ray-permeable film and obtaining the laminated plate having the cured coating and the photocatalytic layer laminated on the resin plate.
