Abstract:
To perform quality evaluation for a heat-treated product with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a learning model to be used for quality evaluation includes the steps which: acquires a microscopic image of an object domain of an object member which is composed of heat-treated carbon steel and whose physical property value is confirmed; obtains a bright side feature quantity and a dark side feature quantity based on a bright side image and a dark side image obtained from a gray scale image based on the microscopic image; generates a determination learning model which outputs a determination result on whether or not carbon concentration is equal to or more than a predetermined threshold value from both feature quantities; and generates an evaluation learning model which outputs an estimation value of the physical property value of a member to become the evaluation object, from both feature quantities, by using both feature quantities of the object member in which an actual measurement value of the carbon concentration is equal to or more than the threshold value, and the actual measurement value of the physical property value, as teacher data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
