Abstract:
To easily perform a repair work by laser repair in an OLED having a solid sealing structure or a film sealing structure.SOLUTION: On a first surface 100a of a substrate 100, an organic EL laminate 160 including a first electrode 110, an organic layer 120, and a second electrode 130 in this order is formed. A first sealing layer 140 that seals the organic EL laminate 160 is formed. Laser repair is performed on the organic EL laminate 160.
