Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a method for manufacturing liquid crystal polyester molded bodies, said liquid crystal polyester having repeating units represented by general formulas (1), (2) and (3). The method for manufacturing liquid crystal polyester molded bodies comprises: a step for carrying out melt filtering using a filter after melt extrusion has been carried out on the liquid crystal polyester; and a step for forming the liquid crystal polyester using an injection molding machine after drying the liquid crystal polyester. The filtration precision of the filter is 1 to 50 µm.
