Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of an electromagnetic shield bilayer pipe, which can manufacture the electromagnetic shield bilayer pipe capable of protecting an electric wire inserted into an inner part with high quality, and provide a manufacturing apparatus.SOLUTION: In an electromagnetic shield bilayer pipe comprising: a resin inner layer body; a cylinder metal layer bonded to an outer periphery of the inner layer body; and a bonding layer bonding the metal layer and the inner layer body, an inner layer body formation step s1 of forming the inner layer body in the pipe, a bonding layer formation step s2 of forming the bonding layer to an outer peripheral face of the inner layer body, a metal layer forming step s3 of forming the metal layer so as to have a diameter larger than an outer diameter of the bonding layer onto the outer peripheral face of the bonding layer, a diameter reduction step s4 of reducing a diameter of the metal layer, and a heating bonding step s6 of heating the bonding layer to bond the inner layer body and the metal layer are performed in this order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
