Abstract:
Provided are a high-purity rubber material manufacturing method and manufacturing device capable of efficiently and easily removing impurities in a rubber material with a high removal rate. This high-purity rubber material manufacturing method involves a crushing step in which a rubber material containing impurities is crushed into fine particles, and a removal step in which impurities attached to the crushed rubber material are removed, wherein the removal step is performed after or at the same time as the crushing step. In the crushing step, a crusher is used which is provided with a cylindrical screen (3) in which multiple through-holes (2) are drilled having cutting blades (1a, 1b) on the edges, and with inner blades (4) capable of high-speed rotation arranged radially in the screen (3), and the rubber material is crushed by means of sliding contact between the inner blades (4) and the inner peripheral surface of the screen (3).
