Abstract:
To provide a method for easily manufacturing a minute optical structure formed of a plurality of materials.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a minute optical structure having a flexible substrate 3 made of a first optical material and a lens 55 (optical element) made of a second optical material different from the first optical material. The method includes the steps of: forming the flexible substrate 3 with a recess 31 in a surface by transferring a mold with a protrusion on a surface to the first optical material; coating the surface of the flexible substrate 3 with the second optical material; and forming a lens 55 of which outermost surface is a recessed curved surface or a flat surface, in the recess 31 of the flexible substrate 3 by the effect of the surface tension of the second optical material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
