Abstract:
To provide a microwave tube and a manufacturing method thereof that can reduce a manufacturing time.SOLUTION: A microwave tube includes a first pipe portion having an inner wall surrounding a cavity and an outer wall opposite to the inner wall. The first pipe portion includes a first member and a second member each of which is formed of a metal and that constitute a part of the inner wall and a part of the outer wall, respectively, a first welded portion located on the outer wall, and welded with the first member and the second member, and a brazing material that is located between the cavity and the first welded portion, and that hermetically joins the first member and the second member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
