Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for a movable space holder that does not have an adverse effect due to a bending stress being transmitted when a pretension PC product having a convex and concave is removed and can be manufactured at low cost, and the pretension PC product using the movable space holder.SOLUTION: A space holder 1 which is installed on both sides of a concrete product (10) to hold a space between the PC steel materials (11) when prestress is applied to the concrete product by the pretension method includes a space holding part 6 through which the PC steel material (11) is inserted to hold a space, a pair of columns 3 and 3 supporting the space holding part 6, and a lower connecting part 4 that connects the legs of the pair of columns 3 and 3 to each other.
