Title:
MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MULTILAYER CERAMIC BOARD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3709802
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when intending to obtain a multilayer ceramic board having a cavity, there has been conventionally a possibility of damaging the flatness of the bottom surface of the cavity in the process for baking the ceramic board.
SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of the multilayer ceramic board has a process for creating a green-sheet laminated product 7 having a cavity 1; a process for preparing a contraction suppressing sheet 8 containing an inorganic-material powder which is not sintered in a process for baking the green-sheet laminated product 7; a process for closing an opening 6 of the cavity 1 and so providing the contraction suppressing sheet 8 as to cover with it an end surface 5 of the green-sheet laminated product 7 which is present on the laminar-direction side of the product 7; a process for so pressing the green-sheet laminated product 7 in its laminar direction by using an elastic body 10 as to break thereby the contraction suppressing sheet 8, and locate on a bottom surface 9 of the cavity 1 a contraction suppressing sheet-piece 11 which is a portion of the sheet 8; and a process for baking the green-sheet laminated product 7 in such state of locating the contraction suppressing sheet-piece 11 on the bottom surface 9 of the cavity 1.
