Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a non-aqueous secondary battery, capable of suppressing deterioration of a coating property of a negative electrode mixture paste by improving dispersibility to a negative electrode solvent of a graphite particle contained in the negative electrode mixture paste.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a non-aqueous secondary battery, contains: a step of generating a negative electrode mixture paste by using a negative electrode active material 41, a negative electrode dispersant 42, a negative electrode solvent, and a negative electrode binding agent 43; and a step of forming a negative electrode mixture layer by coating the negative electrode mixture paste to the negative electrode base material. In the step of generating the negative electrode mixture paste, a first step of generating a mixture material by adding the negative electrode solvent after the negative electrode active material 41 that is a graphite to which a front treatment for removing a front surface group is executed and the negative electrode dispersant 42 having an adsorption against a graphite front surface in which the front group is removed are mixed, and a second step of generating the negative electrode binding paste from the mixed material obtained by adding the negative electrode binding agent 43 by adding the negative electrode biding agent 43 into the mixed material generated in the first step are included.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
