To provide a manufacturing method of an operation panel, which enables a change of colors of a display of the operation panel when an LED emits light, and when the LED does not emit light, and in which fluorescent pigments where visual effects can be expected are used.
A printing is carried out on a back side of a film 12 to form a printing ink layer 20, and further a binder is printed lapping over the printing ink layer 20 to form a binder layer 30. Next, the film 12 is cut, a punching-out is carried out, and the punched-out film 12 is subjected to a forming for a periphery bending and a three-dimensional shaping by a press die. Finally, the film 12 subjected to the forming is set on a cabinet surface of an injection molding mold, a molten resin is injected in the mold after setting, and the binder layer 30 melts and becomes an adhesive to bond the ink layer 20 and a molding resin layer 40. In a light-emitting portion 50 of the operation panel, an ink for printing the film 12, in which a UV fluorescent pigment is added to an invisible ink is printed.
