PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an optical film capable of improving productivity with a simple method, and a light collection film manufactured by the manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A plurality of transparent layers 1 having an uneven surface 3 and capable of transmitting light is laminated in a thickness direction; after a substantially columnar laminate 2 extending in the thickness direction is prepared, the laminate 2 is rotated with an axial line as a center; and a side surface layer 9 of the laminate 2 is continuously cut, thereby to manufacture a light collection film 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
