Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a paper straw that can be formed in large quantity in a short time, is inexpensive and excels in all points compared with a conventional paper straw.SOLUTION: A slender piece of paper in which thermoplastic resin having heat sealability is laminated on both sides, or a paper board which is made of a vegetable material, is rolled like a straw, with a slender rod body inserted inside and transferred in the tunnel. With the rod coming out of the tunnel, ultrasonic adhesion is made on the rolled material by a rotary type ultrasonic adhesion machine. In this way, a large number of straws can be formed in a short time and, at a cost lower than conventionally. Thus, the paper straw that excels in all points compared with a conventional paper straw is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
