Abstract:
To provide paste wherein the amount of foreign substances is small and which requires merely a short time for treatment and excels in dispersibility.
In this manufacturing method of the paste containing the inorganic powder, a dispersing machine having a paste supply port and having a grindstone fitted in a cylindrical vessel is used for treatment. The part of contact of the dispersing machine with the paste is made of or coated with a ceramic material.
