Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile-like molded article which has high productivity, is light-weight and is excellent in specific strength and specific rigidity.SOLUTION: There is provided a piping molding having a two-layer structure of an outer cylindrical portion and an inside cylindrical portion, where the outer cylindrical portion is formed of a thermoplastic resin containing a textile of a continuous fiber for reinforcement, and the inside cylindrical portion is formed of a thermoplastic resin injection-molded to the inside of the outer cylindrical portion. The outer cylindrical portion is preferably formed of a textile formed of a prepreg tape formed by impregnating roving of the continuous fiber for reinforcement with a thermoplastic resin. The textile is a fabric, a knitted fabric or a braid of the prepreg tape, and an intersection portion of the prepreg tapes are preferably fused and bonded to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
