Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a thinner planar coil part in which a coil pattern is laminated on a planar magnetic body and that exhibits high inductance by using a less expensive material with fewer steps than the conventional manufacturing method at a lower cost.SOLUTION: A sheet in which a conductive paste adhesive layer is formed on a planar magnetic body and a conductive paste is printed in a coil pattern on the conductive paste adhesive layer is fired in a superheated steam atmosphere, or a sheet in which a conductive paste adhesive layer is formed on one surface of a film, the other surface of the film is fixed to one side or both sides of the planar magnetic body via a film adhesive layer, and a conductive paste is printed in the coil pattern on the conductive paste adhesive layer is fired in a superheated steam atmosphere.SELECTED DRAWING: None
