Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a plated metal sheet using no molten plating bath, which allows for highly accurate control of coating weight of plating and allows for manufacturing of a plated metal sheet having superior plating adhesion regardless of the kind of a base metal sheet.SOLUTION: A plating metal foil is sent to a surface of a moving plating target metal sheet and the plating metal foil is pressure-adhered to the surface of the metal sheet, then the metal sheet is heated to melt the plating metal foil, thereby forming a plating coating, continuously ultrasonic vibration is imparted to the plating coating before being solidified. The metal sheet at room temperature after subjected to material adjustment by annealing in advance can be subjected to plating processing in an atmosphere without atmosphere control since the metal sheet does not oxidize in spite of heating for melting the plating metal foil, consequently the plated metal sheet which has stable quality and beautiful plating appearance can be manufactured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
